We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item for any reason, simply call us within six months of the invoice date.
Original Parts makes finding parts and returns hassle-free. If you accidentally order the wrong part, don’t need it, or are simply not satisfied with it, return it to your authorized dealer or distributor within six months of the invoice date. You will receive a replacement Original Part for your equipment, or be issued a refund.
There will be no restocking charge on any Original Parts returned within the six-month limit from the invoice date.
**Please remember, all returns are subject to our thorough inspection. In order to receive credit, the returned item must be in complete, new, and resalable condition unless the product is determined to be defective.
